And in the light of that, I proudly release the 2026 birthday artwork: Every Day Counts.

Releasing an annual birthday edition has been my thing since 2022. This summer I turned 40 - therefore, 40 limited edition art prints are now released alongside the original painting.

The birthday editions each year are very special to me as they represent another year around the sun and another year of life, which is a blessing.

As I was creating this artwork, all the funny characters started to appear on the canvas and tell their own stories. I hope you feel the energy, joy and interpretations in the artwork. As I drew the first pencil strokes on the raw canvas, my son was right next to me, and he also got to make a few drawings that I kept in the final version - the bus, the little house and the ladybird.
